Role Description The Clinical Case Management Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in King of Prussia, PA. This role oversees the delivery of clinical case management services, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to agency standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising case managers and social work staff, reviewing and approving assessments and service plans, and providing clinical guidance on complex cases. The supervisor collaborates with families, community partners, and internal teams to coordinate care, monitor outcomes, and support continuity of services. Additional responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluation, documentation oversight, and contributing to program development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Case Management within child welfare or related behavioral health settings.
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including staff coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
- Experience providing comprehensive Case Management Services, such as assessment, service planning, coordination of care, and follow-up.
- Background in Social Work, counseling, or a closely related human services field.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline (LCSW or similar licensure preferred).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, child development, and family systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in basic computer and case management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
