OBJECTIV

• ESSafely install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial setting
• s.Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to complete projects to specificatio
• n.Ensure all work meets or exceeds compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulation
• s.Diagnose electrical issues efficiently, providing timely and effective solution
• s.Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and fellow electricians to complete projects on time and within quality standard
• s.Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe and functional conditio
• n.Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met and questions are addresse
• d.Mentor and support apprentices, contributing to the success of the company’s in-house training progra
• m.Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, safety practices, and customer satisfaction.
