Duties
MUST HAVE A FOLLOWING
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client needs and preferences
- Apply to enhance overall client appearance
- Utilize salon software Daysmart for scheduling appointments, client records, and sales tracking
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendation
- commission or rental rates.
- MUST HAVE A FOLLOWING
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of state regulations
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring work
- Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their need
- Strong understanding of store management principles to contribute to overall salon success
