Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, and treatments with precision and creativity
• Utilize salon software such as Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling client inquiries.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and retail upselling strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in hair styling techniques for diverse hair types and textures.
• Experience with color theory to create vibrant or subtle color results tailored to client preferences.
• Knowledge of salon management practices including retail math for upselling products effectively.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their desired outcomes.
