Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Influencer Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic agency team. The Influencer Talent Coordinator will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with our influencer clients and brands. This individual will be responsible for assisting and maintaining a handful of our client's inboxes, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring successful collaborations through assisting in campaign management. Remote position but must be located in Los Angeles for occasional agency outings, activations, and events.
Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Identification and Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential influencers who align with our agency
- Analyze content, engagement, and audience demographics to assess their suitability for partnerships
2. Outreach and Relationship Management:
- Reach out to brands via email, social media, or other communication channels to initiate partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brand contacts, ensuring a positive experience throughout the collaboration
3. Inbox Management:
- Assist with filtering and responding to e-mails in client inboxes
4. Organization and Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of agreements, communication, and campaign details
- Keep Google Drive and client databases up to date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in using Google Drive and Slack
- Any familiarity with Airtable is a plus
- MUST be located in New York, NY
Compensation: $20/hr
