We’re seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our crew and keep our customers’ pools and spas running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs, swimming pools, and related equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems).
- Perform regular maintenance, water testing, and chemical balancing.
- Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Deliver and install pool/spa parts and accessories.
- Educate customers on equipment operation and basic care.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Work with the service manager to schedule and complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical background preferred (training available).
- Pool/spa industry experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
