Description
The Technician reports directly to the Service Coordinator but will also work closely with the Senior Service Technician on job assignments in the field. The Service Technician will have the ability to complete OSHA inspections, upgrades, modifications and perform service breakdown calls.

- Perform inspections, service calls, repairs at the direction of the Service Coordinator.
- Interact with customers on jobs/projects.
- Work inside the company systems and with the iPhone applications as needed
- Other tasks assigned by the service manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- 3 years of experience in the industrial workplace
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work toward a solution
- Ability to interface with site engineering personnel regarding equipment condition
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
- Strong electrical background with concentration in motor controls preferred
- Electric motor testing and understanding
- OSHA hoist and crane inspection training
- Millwright knowledge
- Mathematical aptitude a plus
