What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as a core member of cross-functional teams improving manufacturing processes
Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance Engineering team, including performance management and hiring

Lead investigations, nonconformance workflows, and change management initiatives
Guide technical problem solving and prepare materials supporting quality programs
