Manager, Organizational Development / Talent Development Manager
Onsite, Southwest Florida
My client, a global medical device company, needs a leader to own its U.S. talent strategy. You'll run the Organizational Development department and partner with regions outside the U.S. for global alignment.

What you'll be doing
- Design talent assessment and bench strength processes to identify future leaders for critical roles
- Run engagement/experience surveys and 360 assessments, then condense the data into actionable insights
- Evolve performance management toward continuous feedback
- Build leadership and competency development with trainers and instructional designers
- Coach leaders and facilitate team effectiveness sessions
About you
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Your OD career is corporate-side, consulting internally with business and HR leaders
- You've designed talent assessment and bench strength planning processes
- You have the presence to coach executives
- Predictive Index experience is a plus
