Candidates should have premium bartending experience and the ability to raise our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of artisanal beer and cocktails background (working with fresh ingredients, making custom cocktails
• Works to orchestrate a "Jacob's Pickles" experience-premium yet comfortable and charming. Our bartenders should have a strong repertoire of classic and modern cocktails and focused awareness on craft beer.
• Experience working in a high volume bar- needs to be able to sling!
• Assist our guests to understand and explore the menu to discover new and exciting drink options.
• Great approach with our guests; must go above and beyond to make sure our guests leave with a smile.
• A master of the menu-knows it inside and out, so to pair the right beers/drinks with food.
• Big plus being certified in Cicerone, NY Health Department, and T.I.P.S.
• Precisely organizing, preparing a neat work area, with ease of execution.
• Following and complying NYCHD and company sanitation standards.
• Properly following cash & credit card handling procedures utilizing Toast and company standards.
• Great multi-tasker, and excellence in listening and communication.
• Wears uniform as prescribed: Apron, white crew neck t shirt, dark blue jeans, black shoes that can take a polish
• Maintains a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Flexible schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
