Candidates should have service experience and the ability to raise our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of fine wines/artisanal beer/cocktail background (working with fresh ingredients).
- The server delivers our food, beverage and hospitality, so it's imperative to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Works to orchestrate a "Maison Pickle" experience-premium yet comfortable and charming. Our servers should have a strong repertoire of classic and modern cocktails, focused awareness on diverse wine, craft beer, and knowledge of the freshest food ingredients.
- Assist our guests to understand and explore the menu to discover new and exciting food and drink options.
- Great approach with our guests; must go above and beyond to make sure our guests leaves with a smile.
- A master of the menu-knows it inside and out, so to pair the right beers/drinks with food.
- Big plus being certified in Sommelier, Cicerone, NY Health Department, and T.I.P.S.
- Precisely organizing, preparing a neat work area, with ease of execution.
- Following and complying NYCHD and company sanitation standards.
- Properly following cash & credit card handling procedures utilizing Toast and company standards.
- Great multi-tasker, and excellence in listening and communication.
- Dress code-wears uniform as prescribed by company
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Flexible schedule and available to work weekends
