Responsibilities
- Assist patients with restorative exercises and daily living activities to promote independence.
- Monitor and report patient progress and any changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Encourage patients to participate in their care and engage in social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
- Document patient responses and progress accurately in medical records.
- Support the nursing team in implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- RNA/CNA certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with restorative care, is a plus.
