We are a growing landscape design and maintenance company seeking a highly organized and personable Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and enjoys being the central point of coordination between clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails and respond in a timely, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and appointments
- Assist with job scheduling (experience is a plus) and other office tasks
- Order office, project supplies as needed and maintain apparel inventory
- Maintain organized records and support general administrative tasks
- Support marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous administrative or assistant experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Landscape industry experience is a plus
Compensation based on experience. $60-75,000
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
