In this role, you will oversee daily business office operations, support billing and payroll functions, and help ensure efficient financial processes within our skilled nursing facility. Your Role:

• Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications

• Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests in accordance with collection policies

• Prepare daily deposits and maintain financial records

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable functions

• Oversee payroll processing and related administrative duties

• Supervise Business Office staff members

• Maintain current knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and VA billing practices

• Support accurate billing processes and computerized office system operations

• Collaborate with facility leadership to maintain efficient business office operations

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

• Experience with business office operations in long-term care or healthcare preferred

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance billing, and basic accounting procedures

• Microsoft Office experience preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Dependable and professional team player with reliable attendance
