We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Desk Manager to join our leadership team. Experience with secondary and subprime finance is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily sales desk operations.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively with prime, secondary, and subprime finance customers.
- Support lender relationships and help secure approvals.
- Assist salespeople with negotiations and closing customers.
- Maintain accountability throughout the sales department.
- Ensure a professional and efficient customer experience.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and dealership leadership.
Skills
- Previous automotive sales desk management experience required.
- Strong secondary and subprime finance experience required.
- Proven ability to structure and close deals.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs.
- Demonstrated success driving volume and gross profit.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
