Role Requirements for an Entry Level Customer Associate
- Systematically guide new business clients through the necessary steps to complete and activate their customized AT&T solutions.
- Ensure absolute accuracy in all high-volume data entry for contract details, client information, and service specifications into internal CRM systems.
- Act as the administrative link between the sales closing team and the client, proactively troubleshooting minor documentation or account issues to maintain efficiency.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, patiently addressing final client questions regarding services, pricing, or terms to build immediate confidence and trust.
- Diligently track and report on all enrollment milestones, administrative progress, and pipeline metrics to support campaign continuity and efficiency.
