While our clients are already recognizable in the telecommunications industry, we work with local businesses to provide them with the most updated versions of their services. We are looking for a Entry Level Management Associate to build an understanding of the industry and complete sales through informational communication and proper customer relations.
As a Entry Level Management Associate, you will meet with potential business customers to present client products, services, and offerings to create sales and engagement. Part of being a Entry Level Management Associate is developing a holistic knowledge of the telecommunications industry, the local market, and our client's plans for enhancing their customer experience. While problem-solving and executing sales plans are a huge part of the role, it is also important to connect with customers on an even level as well.
Entry Level Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Making sales by speaking with customers face-to-face, answering questions, and giving examples of previous positive experiences
- Supporting business customers through the sales process, providing them with additional client resources if necessary
- Sharpening your sales and communication skills through in-office Entry Level Management Associate meetings and workshops
- Working closely with other Entry Level Management Associates and Client leadership to achieve daily or weekly goals and assist clients
- Sharing ideas and observations gathered during face-to-face sales interactions to improve the overall customer experience and client development
- Utilizing client resources provided to Entry Level Management Associates to escalate any customer inquiries while maintaining proper compliance

Entry Level Management Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Jacksonville, FL. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers and business owners.
- Pay: 100% commission - $70-$300 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet and wireless services
