Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on various commercial and residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows
- Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, cloths, and other janitorial supplies to achieve spotless results
- Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or dirt buildup, reporting issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with equipment like lifts and scaffolding
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are stored properly after use
- Assist with general janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall building maintenance

Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred

- Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to stand, reach, climb ladders, and lift cleaning supplies or equipment
- Having a Truck is highly recomended
