Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Indicate as preferred if not required by client.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Experience providing care to medically complex adults, including transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices preferred.
