We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and instrumental skills in a skilled nursing facility setting in Estero, FL.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADL) training, splinting, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning preferred.
• Ability to perform timely documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
