What You'll Do- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
