Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; include certification status on application.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide restorative care for older adults preferred.
