Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active MA State Physical Therapist Assistant license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required.
• Ability to work a 35–40 hour guaranteed work week as required by the client.
• Must be able to start assignment without client waiting for licensure; new grads and assistants are not considered.
• Willingness to float within a 25 mile radius as needed. Travel between sites may be required.
• Client will require contract in status as noted; candidate must meet agency credentialing requirements.
• Preferred: Previous documentation experience in electronic medical records and experience with geriatric populations.
