Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and unrestricted West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
• New graduates welcome. Clinical experience or internships in SNF/LTC settings preferred but not required.
