Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maine Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.
- Experience with skilled nursing documentation and interdisciplinary team communication preferred.
