Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience treating older adults and managing mobility, balance, and post-operative rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records; experience with common EMR systems preferred.
• Current certifications relevant to the population served (for example, fall prevention training or dementia care) preferred.
