Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oklahoma state PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required by facility.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Prior experience providing geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility interventions preferred.
• Ability to follow PT plan of care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams required.
