Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Current, active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a licensed PTA working under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, per Florida state-specific requirements.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Familiarity with basic computer use including email, internet navigation, user names/passwords, online HR systems, and online training platforms.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
• Experience providing home health care and conducting home visits preferred.
