Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Colorado license or active compact Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
