Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State of DC PTA license required to start the assignment.
• At least 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
