Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience providing PTA services to geriatric patients, including fall prevention and mobility training, preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow documented care plans.
