Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Patient handling and documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Current immunizations and any facility-specific health screening requirements as applicable.
