Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Competence with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric patients and common post-acute conditions preferred.
