Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Recent experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall prevention, and mobility training preferred.
- Ability to follow plan of care and document per facility protocols.
- Client requires candidates able to work a 5x8 schedule and meet a 30-minute meal break policy.
