Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona PT license or ability to obtain an Arizona license prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience treating adult medical-surgical and neurological populations preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
