Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Mississippi required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing patient care in home health settings preferred. This includes developing plans of care, family/caregiver education, coordination with PTAs, and participation in multidisciplinary case conferences for recertification and discharge planning.
• Daily travel to patient homes required. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within Harrison County, MS.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Evenings.
• Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 days per week.
• Typical responsibilities: in-home patient evaluations, development and implementation of plan of care, communication with physicians, participation in weekly team case conferences for recertification and discharge decisions, and supervision/coordination with PTA and caregivers.
• Travel Requirements: Daily driving to patient homes. Travel within Harrison County, MS. Work will occur at multiple patient locations during a shift.
• Interview Process: Teams preferred.
• Dress Code: Royal blue or black scrubs.
