Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or a minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience in other clinical settings.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Ability to meet client productivity expectations: 55–63 patients per week preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800–1830. Schedule may include 4x10s with availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal: 30 minutes.
• Assignment Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
