Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation documentation systems preferred.

• Shift Days: Days of week consistent with day shift schedule.
