Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Client requires competency with electronic medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluation, treatment planning, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise for orthopedic and post-operative patients.
