Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient (OP) experience required. No new graduates.
• Client preference: sports therapy experience preferred.
