Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with functional assessments, ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
