Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of COTA experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist and document skilled services in the facility electronic medical record.
