Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Alabama State COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs preferred.
• Willingness to float to other nearby facilities as needed.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Float Requirement: Candidate required to float to other facilities as needed.
