We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Emporia, VA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Virginia COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with ADL training, transfer and mobility training, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records required.
• Ability to follow plan of care developed by supervising Occupational Therapist and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to facility and occasional off-site activities.
