Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Client requires availability to work five days per week.
- Ability to follow care plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
