Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Texas COTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement restorative and adaptive interventions for geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document per facility and regulatory standards.
