Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Active California state SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia management, instrumental assessments (FEES or MBS) preferred.
- Experience providing documentation using electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
