Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas state Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required, including facility documentation and care planning.
- Proven ability to manage caseloads in a building split environment.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and long-term care patient populations preferred.
