Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Master's
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
- Weekend or On-Call Requirement: None
- Coverage area includes Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties
- Responsibilities include home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, routine follow-up visits, multidisciplinary collaboration, and contacting patient providers
