Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 2 years of experience required
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Schedule: M-F
- Days per week: 5
- Any call or weekend coverage: Only occasionally if there is an admit, but schedule will be adjusted
